• Lead by endodontic expert Dr. Arthur “Kit” Weathers; Endo Root Camp® is a dental continuing education program taught through the Las Vegas Institute (LVI).  Geared towards general dentists, Dr. Weathers takes a hands-on approach to systematically diagnosing and endodontically treating teeth.   The program teaches proven methods for increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability—enabling dentists to treat more patients in their own offices.  Looking for a boost, Endo Root Camp® sought additional ways to generate more awareness of the program, reach more dentists, and increase sales.
  • Working on a limited budget, b2d Marketing developed a three-prong plan to increase Endo Root Camp® sales, including direct mail and print collateral, targeted direct telesales, and a highly-successful weekly email campaign called Root Tip of the Week™.
  • Utilizing a variety of systems like Root Tip of the Week™, b2d Marketing created a following for Dr. Weathers and “in group” of hot leads.  We were also able to target this group for special offers and Endo Root Camp® course updates. Fun, engaging, and collaborative, each Root Tip of the Week™ includes a video clip by Dr. Weathers covering an important element of endodontics.  To add some humor and excitement, Dr. Weathers also demonstrates how to complete an intriguing magic trick designed to relax patients. Root Tip of the Week™  was hugely successful at creating a subscriber base and significantly increasing sales of the Endo Root Camp® course.<br />
  • A variety of materials were created for the Endo Root Camp® campaign.  They included direct mail and postcards, along with a savvy speakers kit called “Kit’s Kit,” which gave both the course and Dr. Weathers greater exposure and increased course sales.
  • An energized sales strategy included providing in-house sales consultants, improving sales database accuracy, and driving sales through outbound calls.  b2d’s consultants were able to turn cold leads into warm leads and warm leads into closed sales. Root Tip of the Week™ leads were regularly and consistently pursued.
